Yes. About 70% of our clients are remote across 31 states. Everything runs through our secure portal, e-signatures and video calls.
What does “fixed monthly fee” really include?
Everything listed in your plan, including unlimited email questions. If your needs grow we agree a new fee in advance — you will never receive a surprise invoice.
Can you catch up years of unfiled returns?
Yes. We reconstruct books from bank statements, file prior-year returns and negotiate penalty abatement where it applies.
Which software do you use?
QuickBooks Online and Xero for bookkeeping, Gusto or ADP for payroll and Drake and UltraTax for returns. We can work inside your existing setup.
How quickly can you start?
Most clients are onboarded within 5 working days. During February–April we cap new tax-only clients to protect quality.
